Karate is Japanese

Martial Arts
Karate is Japanese developed around 1920 and Shotokan is the oldest but there are many more. In the begaining there was only a white belt and as the years went by the Students belt would get darker (in as much as it repersents your hard work and dedacation you never washed it)until it became black. Later on there came colored belts to repersent your hard work in the art. All true martial artists that are trained in Martial Art would never wear there Belt outside the dojo, To do so would be an insult to the style, Master and Dojo. True Karate Black Belts would never go around bragging or showing off, look for trouble so if the Black Belts do not leave wearing there belts outside the dojo, the students are not allowed to wear there belts outside the dojo.
